进群就可以领红包，关注各种APP就可以领取红包奖励。动动手指，做个刷单任务就可以轻松赚到钱。事实上，这不过是换了“马甲”的刷单骗局。

2021年3月底，犯罪嫌疑人杨某福出境至阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拜，进入一家诈骗公司工作，并认识了同为诈骗公司员工的“小明”，大约三个月后，该诈骗公司倒闭，“小明”进入到另一家诈骗公司工作。

2021年6月底，杨某福与“小明”联系，得知“小明”在另一个诈骗公司工作。

为获取非法利益，通过“小明”进入其所在诈骗公司的诈骗微信群、诈骗APP聊天群里，在群里充当“托”的角色，引诱受害人下载名为“安安”的诈骗APP。

并在诈骗APP中使用昵称为管理员账户，引导受害人在该APP内充值做刷单任务，然后由其他诈骗人员对受害人一步步实施诈骗。

2021年7月初，贵港被害人李某被陌生人拉进一个做任务的微信群，在做了几单任务并获得红包后，便认为真的可以赚到钱。

李某按照对方的要求下载了一个叫“安安”的软件，并跟随一个叫“欧阳”（即杨某福）的任务员继续做任务，做了2单并成功提现后，李某按照对方的要求开始做大单赌博任务。

在连续汇给对方14万余元后，对方告知李某未按要求下注，全部赌注已赌输，这个时候李某才清醒过来知道被骗了，于是赶紧报案。

这起诈骗案就是典型的刷单返利类诈骗。诈骗团伙为了放长线钓大鱼，第一天会要求你投资一两百元，你可以挣到几十元；第二、第三天可能会要求你投资几百元或几千元，你还可以挣到钱。

慢慢地对方就会要求你投入上万元，然后以各种理由告诉你，你需要继续投入多少钱做完多少刷单任务就可以提现了。最后，你的钱就不见了。

总之，诈骗分子就是通过各种理由引诱你不断地充值，达到一定数额之后，就再也无法提现。
