Madfoon Lamb is great! A mild spice and tasty rice. Soft and aromatic lamb, all blent nicely.
Lamb Al-Kabsa. A Saudi Arabia signature dish. A curry broth with soft texture lamb will play your taste bud. Yoghurt always be my companion ;)
Mansif Lamb. Creamy lamb served with rice and a piece of flat bread beneath. A sour cream served. However this dish not suitable with my taste bud… :/
Lamb Maqluba, a Palestinian National Dish! Really delicious! The crisp spicy of basmati rice and the softness of lamb. You'll never forget !
The Yoghurt has 3 kinds of taste; salty, plain and sweet. I prefer the sweet one.
Try the boneless chicken --something. Delicious! Meat kebab is also yummy!
