- The licence approval is effective starting 1 January 2025 and will see the company offering its titles to Danish players
Hacksaw Gaming has secured approval from Spillemyndigheden, the Danish Gambling Authority, effective 1 January 2025.
This development allows Hacksaw Gaming to offer its iGaming titles to players in Denmark, marking another step in the company’s ongoing expansion efforts.
Good to know: The Danish licence represents Hacksaw Gaming’s second regulatory approval in three months
Commenting on the development, Marcus Cordes, CEO of Hacksaw Gaming, stated: “This is another incredible achievement for our teams, and we’re thrilled to continue to show Danish players the excitement and innovation that define Hacksaw Gaming.”
This regulatory approval is part of Hacksaw Gaming’s broader expansion efforts, and marks the most recent in a string of European developments for the company.
Earlier this year, for example, Hacksaw Gaming inked Italian partnerships with Scommettendo and Newgioco.
Just prior to this, the company struck up another pair of partnerships in Portugal with Betclic and Solverde.pt.
Finally, back in April of this year, Hacksaw Gaming partnered with Alphawin in Bulgaria – a deal that saw a collection of 12 Hacksaw Gaming titles going live on the Bulgarian-facing site.
Commenting on this deal, a spokesperson for Alphawin stated: “We are very excited to start our partnership with Hacksaw Gaming.
“The company offers an innovative and unique take on the concept of casino gaming and is an excellent fit for us!”
