            Vibration elimination made easier

            <h2>  Using the Balanset-1A Instrument  </h2>

            <h3>  Equipment Preparation   </h3>
            <ul>
            <li>  accelerometers, laser rpm sensor, mounting stand, software application, and additional tools.  </li>
            <li>   Set up the instrument and connect it to your computer via USB. Verify that the software is correctly installed.    </li>
            </ul>

            <h3>   Mounting the Sensors  </h3>
            <ul>
            <li>  Attach the vibration sensors firmly to the machine casing in areas with the highest vibration amplitude, usually close to the bearing supports.  </li>
            <li>   Position the laser tachometer (phase angle sensor) so that it is aimed at the rotor. Attach reflective tape to the rotor for accurate phase angle reading.    </li>
            </ul>

            <h3> Launching the Software  </h3>
            <ul>
            <li>   Initiate the Balanset program on your computer.  </li>
            <li>   Select the appropriate balancing mode: single-plane or two-plane, depending on the rotor type and your specific requirements.    </li>
            </ul>

            <h3>  Measuring Initial Vibration  </h3>

            <li>   Run the rotor up to its operating speed.    </li>

            <li>   You can conduct interim measurements to confirm that the imbalance is decreasing as expected.  </li>

            <h3> Validation and Conclusion of the Balancing Process  </h3>
            <ul>
            <li>   Once the corrective weight is in place, restart the rotor and measure the remaining vibration amplitude.  </li>
            <li>  If the measured vibration falls within the tolerance defined by ISO 1940, the balancing process is considered successful.  </li>
            <li>   Should the vibration still be excessive, repeat the balancing steps, making further adjustments to the corrective weight as needed.  </li>
            </ul>

            <h3> Generating a Documentation of the Balancing Results  </h3>
            <ul>
            <li>  The program stores the balancing data, allowing you to generate and print a comprehensive report including vibration measurements, corrective weight details, and its angular placement.  </li>
            </ul>

            <h3> Concluding Steps and Verification  </h3>
            <ul>
            <li>  Ensure all applied weights and attached sensors are firmly fixed in their designated positions.  </li>
            <li>   Check that the rotor's rotation is smooth and free from undue noise or vibration.  </li>
            <li>   In cases where the rotor is integrated into a more complex system, ensure the correct operation and interaction of all related components.  </li>
