胖哥今年的身体是真不行，两个月内重感冒了两次，鼻塞，咳嗽，嗜睡，嗓子哑。

我还以为就我不行呢，结果问了一圈，好多人都有同样的症状。

正好在新闻上看到在迪拜可以接种“流感疫苗”了，所以胖哥自己完整的走了一遍预约接种流程，不敢独享，写出来跟各位读者分享一下。

首先，三样东西你要有：

• ID
• 本地手机号
• 嘤航卡
  
  
  首先您需要在手机上下载DHA的APP，在各大应用市场都有
  
  
  如果您之前没有使用过DHA APP的话，您需要首先注册一个属于你的账号，当然，您也可以使用UAE PASS直接免注册登录
  
  
  当您注册成功之后，选择登录，一旦登录成功，您就可以看到上图这样的界面，在胖哥标注红线的部分选择“向左滑动”
  
  
  当您滑动到最右侧的时候，您就可以看到“流感疫苗预约”的按钮了，点击进入
  
  
  
  以上的长截图就是DHA所有支持流感疫苗接种的医疗中心，根据距离你的远近选择合适的接种地点，另外你要注意的是，点击进去之后，会有可供预约的时间，有时候离你近的地方没有预约机会了，那么你要综合考虑哪个中心更加合适
  
  
  选择具体某个接种地点，如果预约状态是AVAILABLE的话，就会出现绿色的点，然后根据你的时间选择预约时间
  
  
  
  选择完成之后，您就可以确认你的预约了，之后您的邮箱和手机短信都会收到预约成功的消息
  
  
  
  胖哥是预约的今天下午，NAD AL SHIBA，到了之后门口有停车场，免费的，很方便
  
  
  
  进门之后没啥人，直接给保安看一下短信，他会帮你拿一个排队的号码，叫到你的号的时候出示一下ID，工作人员会问你要不要走医疗保险，告诉他不需要，把嘤航卡给他，直接扣款50AED完成手续
  
  
  
  护士会帮你测量一下血压和耳温，没什么问题的话就扎一针完事，至此，整个流感疫苗就接种完成了
  
  
  整个过程很方便，大概10分钟就完事了。胖哥看了下，医疗中心里基本全是女性带着孩子过来接种的，男的都没几个。
  
  
  提醒要去的朋友：
  
  
  准备好ID卡，嘤航卡，别穿拖鞋和短裤。
