农业部(DA)将进一步降低其“全民大米”计划下的卡迪瓦(Kadiwa)商店出售的大米的价格。


农业部长张隆联周四在一份声明中说，在卡迪瓦商店出售的25%碎米的大米价格将从目前的每公斤40比索降至38比索。


张部长说，“此次降价将于周五生效，恰在对5%碎米的进口大米实施每公斤58比索的最高建议零售价(MSRP)之前。”


进口大米的MSRP将于1月20日下周一开始实施，初始面向大马尼拉市场。


该措施将每月审查，以反映全球市场价格和关税税率的波动，并计划将它推广至全国其它主要城市。


如果进口大米价格经常超过MSRP，DA打算实施更严格的建议零售价(SRP)框架，并对违规行为处以罚款和处罚。


张部长说，MSRP框架包括比进口大米的到岸成本每公斤约高出10比索的名义利润率，不包括糯米、日本米和黑米等特色大米品种。


他补充说，“如果全球米价保持稳定，我们预计2月审查后MSRP将会下调。”


据DA表示，为降低大米成本，小马科斯总统于2024年7月颁布第62号行政令，将目前的大米关税从35%降至15%，目前该关税仍在评估中。


据规定，该关税政策每4个月审查一次，下一次评估定于3月。
