中国上海市一名颜姓女子，与丈夫花费3年时间进行试管婴儿，好不容易才成功怀孕，想不到之前路过邻居家时，被邻居家没有系绳的黄金猎犬作势飞扑吓到，因此而胎死腹中。颜女气愤对邻居提告，邻居却反呛，怎么知道她腹中胎儿是何时何地死的。

综合中国媒体报导，颜女怀孕4个月时，去拿包裹时经过李姓邻居家门口，李男饲养的黄金猎犬突然向颜女扑了过来，她吓得后退避开时闪到腰，并立即感到腰部、下腹疼痛，报警后送医治疗，最终被诊断已经胎死腹中。



颜女认为李男未依规定将黄金猎犬系绳才会导致她受到惊吓，愤而提告。李男则宣称自己的黄金猎犬是导盲犬，根本不会咬人，而且颜女透过试管婴儿才怀孕，应该待在家里休养，出门走动就是她的错，更指事发后自己就叫颜女回家休息，颜女不听还去报警，这个过程对身体必然又产生影响，怎知颜女的胎儿是何时没了的。

法官认为，李男明确违反相关规定，而颜女虽然怀孕4个月，但适量行走也是正常合理情况，认定颜女失去胎儿与被黄金猎犬惊吓有高度关联性，判决李男必须承担责任，须赔偿颜女9万元人民币。
