“你好，我是支付宝官方理赔人员，可以给您提供100元的赔偿款。”接到这通礼貌的理赔电话后，中国温州某大学一名女教授逐步被拉入陷阱，损失近100万元。

新闻网报导，记者11日从温州市反诈中心了解到，瓯海警方已接到这起警情，希望广大市民能引以为戒。

受害者郑女士（化姓）称，事发当天她本来有事需要出门，可突然接到那通理赔电话，对方说她之前网购的蒸锅有质量问题，按照工作流程，他们可以支付100元（人民币，下同）的赔偿款。

“我说自己有事要忙，这100元就不要了。但那个‘理赔人员’说，他们支付宝的理赔渠道已经开通了，如果我没按要求收下赔偿款，那么支付宝每个月会扣除我500元的余额，我觉得很冤枉。后来对方说，理赔程序只需要一两分钟，还专门有人帮助我，我就答应了。”郑女士回忆。




共享屏幕 远程控制手机

接下来，“理赔人员”询问了郑女士给支付宝账户绑定了几个银行账户以及是否有下载“腾讯会议”APP等信息。在得知郑女士因工作需要已经下载了“腾讯会议”APP后，“理赔人员”又要求她使用“腾讯会议”APP的共享屏幕功能，这样“理赔人员”就可以远程控制她的手机屏幕。

这一特殊要求立即引起了郑女士的警觉，她连忙质问对方为何要“共享屏幕”？

为打消郑女士的顾虑，“理赔人员”给她发来自己的工作信息以及身份证照片等证明材料。在“理赔人员”新一轮话术下，郑女士渐渐相信了对方。

诱导输入“验证码”

随后，在“理赔人员”的诱导下，郑女士打开了一家银行账户的转账页面，对方给她发来一组银行卡账号及用户名，还说她接下来会收到“验证码”，只需要把“验证码”输入到转账页面金额一栏就行了。

没多久，郑女士收到一组6位数的“验证码”，她将其输入到金额一栏，并通过APP刷脸功能验证通过。

这时，“理赔人员”说，郑女士的操作有问题，后台没有通过理赔程序，需要郑女士换一家银行的APP再进行类似的操作。

这一次，郑女士收到一组“29”开头的“验证码”，她再次输入到金额一栏。可是，“理赔人员”说这次依然没能通过后台的相关程序，他还问郑女士有没有其他银行的账户。

银行简讯提醒转账19万多元

已被洗脑的郑女士又点开了一家银行的转账页面，按照对方要求输入了一组“19”开头的“验证码”。很快，她收到这家银行的简讯提醒，称她向某个陌生账户转账19万多元。

“我马上觉得不对劲了，就问他们，不是说赔给我100元吗？怎么还要我转出19万元？”郑女士说，对方没有回答她的问题，还挂断了电话，她意识到自己被骗了，立马赶到银行了解情况。

银行工作人员解释，郑女士是遭遇了电信网络诈骗，她之前还有两笔转账，一笔是40多万元，另一笔是29万多元，这两笔款项原本存在两家不同的银行，郑女士在这两家银行都没有开通简讯提醒业务。

勿与陌生人开启“屏幕共享”功能

据介绍，所谓“共享屏幕”，简单来说就是不同电脑或移动设备，比如手机之间共用一个屏幕。当两部手机之间开启“共享屏幕”功能时，操作其中一部手机，另一部手机会呈现出一模一样的屏幕效果。这一功能多用于远程会议、文件共享等方面，在带给大家便利的同时，也被一些不法分子利用，设计出新型骗局。建议市民不要和陌生人开启“屏幕共享”功能，当因工作需要开启“屏幕共享”功能时，切勿操作支付类、银行类App。

Mpox - formerly known as monkeypox - is a highly contagious disease and has killed at least 635 people in DR Congo this year.
Even though 200,000 vaccines, donated by the European Commission, were flown into the capital, Kinshasa, last week, they are yet to be transported across this vast country - and it could be several weeks before they reach South Kivu.
“We've learned from social media that the vaccine is already available,” Emmanuel Fikiri, a nurse working at the clinic that has been turned into a specialist centre to tackle the virus, told the BBC.
He said this was the first time he had treated patients with mpox and every day he feared catching it and passing it on to his own children - aged seven, five and one.
“You saw how I touched the patients because that's my job as a nurse. So, we're asking the government to help us by first giving us the vaccines.”
The reason it will take time to transport the vaccines is that they need to be stored at a precise temperature - below freezing - to maintain their potency, plus they need to be sent to rural areas of South Kivu, like Kamituga, Kavumu and Lwiro, where the outbreak is rife.
The lack of infrastructure and bad roads mean that helicopters could possibly be used to drop some of the vaccines, which will further drive up costs in a country that is already struggling financially.
At the community clinic, Dr Pacifique Karanzo appeared fatigued and downbeat having been rushed off his feet all morning.
Although he wore a face shield, I could see the sweat running down his face. He said he was saddened to see patients sharing beds.
“You will even see that the patients are sleeping on the floor,” he told me, clearly exasperated.
“The only support we have already had is a little medicine for the patients and water. As far as other challenges are concerned, there's still no staff motivation.”
