MGM China Holdings has announced a salary increment for nearly all eligible team members, effective 24 March 2025.
The compensation adjustment includes a 2.5% increase for most eligible employees.
For those earning MOP16,000 ($1,995) or less per month, a standard increment of MOP600 will be applied, resulting in a 2.5%-5.5% raise depending on their current salary.
This adjustment ensures that 99% of the team members will benefit from the increase.
Commenting on the development, Pansy Ho, Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings, stated: "We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our team members for their wholehearted dedication in moving forward hand in hand with the company.

These changes come amid broader moves by MGM Resorts International, including a recent technology partnership with Cisco through a Whole Portfolio Agreement. The collaboration provides MGM Resorts access to Cisco's software portfolio, aiming to boost cybersecurity, networking capabilities and guest experience management.
In parallel, BetMGM, the company's sports betting and iGaming division, has bolstered its marketing team with the appointment of Casey Hurbis as Chief Marketing Officer.
Hurbis brings 30 years of consumer marketing experience, including notable work on Super Bowl commercials and PGA Tour events during his tenure at Rocket Mortgage.
