Kambi Group has appointed Brian Dean as its Chief People Officer, a newly created role that brings the supplier's People function to its executive management team.
Dean will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement across Kambi’s global operations.
Dean previously served as Chief People Officer and COO at operator SKS365. His career spans leadership roles at corporations including Barclays, HSBC, Vodafone and ACIN, giving him experience in business strategy and human resources.
Kambi CEO Werner Becher commented: “As we establish ourselves as the home of premium sports betting solutions, having someone of Brian’s calibre and experience in this critical role will ensure we can both attract and retain the best talent in the industry to drive the company forward.”

This announcement follows a series of strategic initiatives by Kambi, including a recent partnership with Stake, where Kambi supplies its turnkey sportsbook in Brazil's newly regulated betting market.
In addition, Kambi reported €43m ($43.9m) in Q3 2024 revenue, a 2% year-on-year increase, highlighting its sustained growth trajectory. The company also expanded its product offerings with Odds Feed+ for Rei do Pitaco, a Brazilian fantasy sports operator.
