Next-generation content aggregator St8.io has unveiled a series of major updates to its back office, handing more control than ever to operators in the form of easy-to-access reports and actionable, real-time insights.
Among the new features is an ultimate client area, with all game providers’ data available in one place, and multi-dimensional reporting, which places an unprecedented amount of data in the hands of casino managers.
The new back office has also eliminated the need for dozens of logins for each supplier’s service desk, making itself an entirely whole and self-sufficient workspace, known as the support zone.
Meanwhile, the St8 bonus module unifies numerous bonus mechanics into a single, robust API, which only needs to be integrated once.
The back office is designed to deliver actionable, real-time insights that ultimately improve the operator’s bottom line. It’s modelled on high-performing SaaS back offices from across the wider tech sector.
