When was the last time you did or said something that left you feeling slightly embarrassed? Did you end up blushing, hiding your face or simply isolating from others?
Shame may come as feeling that there is something wrong with you, that you see yourself as bad, defective, unworthy, undeserving, wrong, or not good enough.
The 90-minute scent and sound healing session on September 16 at 10:00 is designed to help you dect and reflect that you have forgotten who you really are and transform those weakening feelings of being worthless into the experience of being priceless. The session uses the powerful sound vibrations of the gong and essential oils of pure plant and flower essences. You will learn how to use them in your daily self-care practice.
Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl. Early bird rate is P650 for Yoga+Express Legazpi (YPELV) members and regular rate after September 6 is P750. For non-members, early bird rate is P800 and regular rate is P950. Walk-in rate is P1,000.
Contraindications are for women who are in their first and final trimester of pregnancy, children under the age of 7 and those who are suffering from serious mental health problems.
