迪拜上诉法院将刑事法院对一名中国女子和一个东欧国家的帮派判处三年监禁的判决，后减刑至 6 个月，同时维持 29,800 迪拉姆的罚款和服刑后驱逐出境


据了解，这名女子雇佣该团伙绑架了一名男同胞，因为被绑架男同胞曾向女子借钱，但是没有偿还。


这起案件可以追溯到去年11月，当时受害人和兄弟在迪拜国际城的住所附近散步，突然三个人将受害者强行拉上车，然后迅速逃离现场。


受害者的兄弟表示，他曾试图通过电话联系受害者，但无人没有接听，几分钟后他接到了电话，向他要17000迪拉姆赎金，于是他向警方报了案。


负责该起案件的警务人员表示，调查组通过查看监控摄像头的镜头，得知该团伙所用车辆的车牌号和行程。迪拜警方找到了该团伙并逮捕了他们，受害者被发现时，被困在迪拜 Al Jaddaf 区沙地的车内。


经审讯，受害人称，他一大早与兄弟在迪拜国际城的住所附近散步时被绑架。


他补充说，嫌疑人从后面抓住了他，并用胶带将他绑起来，然后殴打他的头部并强迫他进入停在附近的车辆。


他试图向路人寻求帮助，但无济于事，当他与嫌疑人在车内时，该团伙袭击了他，并用衬衫遮住了他的脸。之后，其中一个人要求他拿出17000迪拉姆后就释放他，而另一个人拿起他的手机，打电话给他的兄弟，让他带上钱。受害者告诉警方，该团伙还偷走了他16000迪拉姆、一块珍贵的手表、一枚金戒指和嘤航卡。
