Hard Rock International has announced the integration of Hard Rock Bet, its online sports betting and casino platform, into Unity by Hard Rock, the company’s global loyalty program.
This integration allows Hard Rock Bet users to earn Tier Credits through both platforms, providing access to rewards such as free play, dining and hotel stays across participating Hard Rock properties.
Hard Rock Bet, which operates in nine US states including Florida, Illinois and New Jersey, will also maintain its standalone loyalty rewards program.
With the new integration, points can be transferred between the two programs, enabling users to increase their rewards across Hard Rock’s offerings.
Keith Sheldon, President of Entertainment & Brand Management at Hard Rock International, stated: “By rewarding guests for their playtime, we create a win-win scenario where guests enjoy an enriched experience and we foster an introduction to all the amazing verticals in our brand.”
Good to know: The Unity program further expands its reach through partnerships with Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises
Hard Rock Bet has previously demonstrated its focus on partnerships and expansion, such as its 2024 agreement with the NHL’s Florida Panthers, establishing itself as the team’s official sportsbook.
This collaboration included in-stadium branding and activations, showcasing the platform’s offerings to fans.
In the same year, Hard Rock Bet also expanded its slot portfolio in New Jersey through a partnership with NeoGames’ Pariplay.
