1. Able to independently define UI styles for various types of products, design interfaces for large-scale projects, proficient in developing design systems, and capable of leading the entire process from concept to design implementation for a specific business module.   
2. Engage in visual research for products, analyze design trends, and plan user experiences. Lead the establishment of overall visual styles and UI design.
3. Responsible for visual operations such as designing banners for promotions, activity page interfaces, etc.
4. Insightful analysis of design trends, understanding user motivations and needs through competitor analysis, user interviews, usability testing, etc. Efficiently generate design solutions, ensure effective implementation, and conduct timely reviews.
5. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, with familiarity in prototype tools like Principle, Proto Pie, Framer.

1. 能够独立负责多种类产品的UI风格定义，大型项目产品界面设计，熟悉掌握设计系统的搭建，并能够主导某个业务模块从概念到设计落地全流程；
2. 参与产品的视觉研究、设计流行趋势分析和体验规划，主导设定整体视觉风格和UI设计；
3. 负责部分视觉运营推广设计Banner、活动页面界面设计等；
4. 洞察和分析设计流行趋势，分析和发现目标用户动机和需求，了解竞品分析、⽤户访谈、可⽤性测试等研究⽅法，设计方案高效产出、高效落地、及时复盘；
5. 精通 Figma/Sketch/AI/PS 等设计⼯具，熟悉 Principle/Proto Pie/Framer 等原型⼯具；
1. Background in fine arts or a related design field, with over 5 years of experience in internet product design. A professional undergraduate degree or higher is preferred.
2. Engage in visual research for products, analyze design trends, and plan user experiences. Lead the establishment of overall visual styles and UI design.
3. Sensitivity to business and user pain points, capable of quickly understanding and contemplating during requirement alignment. Independently execute design implementation plans and validate through feedback.
4. Strong attention to detail, possess good product thinking, and empathy towards users. Capable of participating in user research, interaction design, and prototype development.
5. Adaptability and ability to work under pressure, quickly integrate into teams, and effectively organize, communicate, collaborate, produce, and drive specific or business-related requirements.
6. Applicants must submit a portfolio of their work.

1. 美术、设计类相关专业，5年以上互联网产品设计经验，专业本科及以上学历（优先考虑）；
2. 参与产品的视觉研究、设计流行趋势分析和体验规划，主导设定整体视觉风格和UI设计；
3. 有足够的敏感度，找到并抓住业务、用户痛点，需求对接过程中快速理解、有思考，能够独立完成设计落地方案并验证复盘；
4. 重视细节，具备良好的产品思维和用户同理心，能够参与用户研究、交互设计、设计原型开发等工作中去；
5. 良好的适应能力和承压能力，能够快速融入团队，能够做好专项或业务需求的组织、沟通、协作、产出、推动等相关工作内容；
