UI/UX Designer"
"1. Able to independently be responsible for the UI style definition of multiple types of web+app products, and the interface design of point-of-function products；
2. Participate in visual research, analyze design trends and plan user experience for products; lead the overall visual style and UI design;
3. Responsible for designing banners and promotional materials for product visuals, as well as designing activity pages;
4. Participate in the creation and standardization of experience and process design to improve the overall efficiency of the team;
5. Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication towards product.

1. 能够独立负责Web+App多种类产品的UI风格定义，重点功能产品界面设计；
2. 参与产品的视觉研究、设计流行趋势分析和体验规划，主导设定整体视觉风格和UI设计；
3. 负责部分视觉运营推广设计Banner，活动页面工作；
4. 参与设计体验、流程的制定和规范，共同提升整个团队效率；
5. 自驱力强，对产品有较高的热情和投入度。"

岗位职责："1. Bachelor degree or above in fine arts, design or related majors (preferred but not compulsory);
2. Engaged in Internet design for more than 5 years, and have rich experience in App and web interface design;
3. Passionate in design,Possess sports platform (graphic design, Internet) vision and high aesthetic standards;
4. Having cooperation attitude and team spirit, passionate about work, innovative and responsible, and able to withstand high-intensity work pressure;
5. Proficient in Sketch, PS, Al; those who have hand-drawing, master AE, PR, 3D (3d Max, Maya, C4d, video editing and other design capabilities are preferred but not compulsory);
6. Applicants must submit a portfolio.

2. 从事互联网设计类工作5年以上，有丰富的App，Web界面设计经验；
3. 热爱设计，拥有体育平台（平面设计、互联网）视野与高审美标准；
4. 具备良好合作态度及团队精神，并富有工作激情、创新欲望和责任感，能承受高强度的工作压力；
5. 熟练掌握Sketch、PS、Al；有手绘基础，掌握AE、PR、3D (3d Max、Maya、C4D、视频剪辑等设计能力者  优先（非必须）；
