    * Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably within the IT/iGaming sector.
    * Expertise in establishing employer branding initiatives within the IT field.
    * Strong analytical abilities in measuring marketing ROI metrics (minimum 2 years).
    * Demonstrated leadership skills for team building and management (minimum 1 year).
    * Experience in planning and executing events effectively.
    * Capability to manage events efficiently within set financial constraints and timelines.
    * Proficiency in managing social media platforms at a senior level.
    * Excellent research skills focused on market dynamics and competitor analysis.
    * Superior communication skills both written and verbal.

    As the Brand and PR Manager, your primary focus will be on enhancing brand visibility and company’s brand awareness and maintaining the brand’s reputation. You have to be proactive and have strong leadership skills. As a Brand and PR Manager you will closely work with the marketing team and country manager. Using PR and marketing tools your main goal will be to build brand recognition in our target markets and within the international iGaming industry. As a final destination you will get a strong reputation for the brand.
    * Conduct research on market trends and competitors.
    * Develop and execute branding strategies.
    * Create compelling press releases and enhance brand online visibility through authoritative media coverage and strategic backlinks.
    * Manage brand online reputation and level the negativities.
    * Make up a roadmap for building PR to get brand awareness.
    * Utilize SMM for brand promotion and community engagement.
    * Leverage social media platforms to expand brand recognition.
    * Manage SMM and set up the campaign for the different events.
    * Explore innovative approaches in marketing.
    * Work closely with our sponsors and marketing agencies.
    * Plan and oversee international events.
    * Making up the budgets and timelines for the PR, brand and events.
    * Integrate events seamlessly into overarching marketing strategies.
    * Deliver comprehensive reports on performance metrics and ROI.
