* Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a track record of success in a similar managerial or leadership role.
* In-depth knowledge of local regulations, competition, industry partners, market dynamics and consumer trends.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* English from Upper-Intermediate (B2), nice to have fluency in the local language. Mandarin is desirable, but not necessary.

You will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
