今天的文章说三件事。

1.迪拜机场的滞留者

关于目前大量中国人在迪拜机场被卡的事情，好多人都跑来问胖哥，我都给问烦了，目前根据可靠信源，

咨询过海关，移民局，航司等多单位，他们也不知道是什么原因导致的这些人在系统里就是显示有问题的状态。

而且不让入境的理由也是千奇百怪，有的是“机票格式不对”，有的是“预订酒店信息有误”，有的干脆就看不到拒绝信息。总之，

只要是经过柬埔寨，老挝，缅甸，越南，新加坡等国（起飞或者经停），大概率在迪拜机场会被扣。

他们目前的状态是直飞第三国或者始发国，不过听说也有一部分是，

直接要被遣返回中国。

有个匿名人告诉胖哥，

他们累了，他们认了，愿意配合回国自首。

另外，也请勿轻信有人说的可以花钱把人弄出来之类的鬼话，迪拜不是东南亚，

没有“买关”一说。

有骗子号称花钱可以搞定的，就目前胖哥了解到的情况，

没有一个人真正被花钱弄出来。

在强大的国家力量面前，不是花钱可以解决的事。

迪拜也非法外之地。

02 换汇有风险

临近年关，很多人需要换钱，要把迪拉姆换成人民币给老家打过去，网上的个人换汇不放心，还专门到了有店面的店铺，但是，

依然有问题。

资金的频繁流动，或者是大额资金流动，一定会引起有关部门的注意，现在的冻结一般是两种：

司法冻结和风控冻结。

如果是风控冻结还好，只是因为资金异常流动，没几天会解冻，但是设计到司法冻结的话，意味着，

这个钱涉案了。

对方的解释是这样的：

保司法冻结24小时？到账后立即转走？

这说明人家就是拿着你的卡在跑分呢！这钱就是赃钱，你可能变成了别人洗钱链条上的第二道或者第三道。

不要信这些人的鬼话。钱是干净的，永远不会司法冻结，钱是不干净的，一定会被司法冻结，冻的时间取决于你是第几道。

不要为虎作伥，助纣为虐，让自己辛苦赚的钱打了水漂。

03 国际城还是安全的

从上个月开始，国际城的饭店老板们跟胖哥聊，普遍来说，

生意的人流量下降了1/3。

问及原因，老板们都说，

很多人不敢来国际城了。

胖哥想说的是，大可不必。

说到绑架的，知情人士告诉胖哥已经抓了很多了，只是因为各种原因还不方便公开披露，另外你在国际城白天晚上都能看到警察叔叔巡逻。也没听到最近出什么乱七八糟的事情，所以，

国际城依旧是很安全的。

真正不安全的，恰恰都是那种人流量小的，所谓的“私密性”高的区域。

国际城一点屁事传的沸沸扬扬，其他地方出的事很多人压根就不知道。所以，舆论场上的放大效应让很多人产生了国际城不安全的错觉。就像是，

一个飞机失事全世界都能知道，可是汽车的交通事故你知道吗？其他交通工具死的人比飞机多多了，飞机依旧是全世界最安全的交通工具。
