，是因为两年前一篇很火的文章，是关于

的水和景，花费只需马代1/10分之一，当时看了文章以后我在想如果度蜜月就去这吧。虽然宣传都会夸大事实，我们的花费和开销远远大于人均3000，可是游后的感触却是一个我还会再来的地方，那里的人，那里的景，久久让我难于忘怀！<br>

仲裁加之几年前的绑架事件，随之对这个国家有了更多的负面评价，而这些评价，更多的来源于网络，很多是缺乏客观认识的。计划行程前，之于我个人还是查阅了很多资料，所以对

并不是特别排斥，尽管身边的一些朋友都会好心告诉我注意安全，但我还是坚定信心，老婆身边会出现一些劝阻的人，但她仍然相信我，在此，感谢老婆对我全程计划的信任和支持。我想，只要是像我一样去过这里的人，这里虽然贫穷落后，但是他们的人民却异常热情，随处可见对你露出欢笑的人们，大到公职人员，小到街滩小贩，你会被他们的真诚和善良所感动。(具体经历，会在后面的游记中写到)<br>

当地有两家比较大的通信运营商，一家是smart ，一家是globe 。当地大小超市都有电话充值卡出售。globe 覆盖率比较高，用户基数大，smart相对globe较为便宜，但覆盖率和用户基数都比globe要少，但是由于

信号基建都较为落后，在很多偏僻地方两种电话卡都会出现信号不好或者无信号状态。我选择的是globe，到达
马尼拉
T3出口处，会看到两家通信运营商，前去购买即可，根据天数和使用情况，可以购买100，300，500比索的电话充值卡，无需证件，工作人员会帮你安装开通，如果没有找到相应运营商购买，也可以到三楼有个mini shop购买，当地LTE信号等同于国内4G<br>

官方语言为英语，虽有自有语言(方言)，但却从未见其文字，当地所有标识皆为英语，但是由于当地英语口语会掺杂比较重的地方口音，有时需多问几遍或耐心听才能听懂，建议下载一个Google 翻译或有道翻译官，离线下载中英文，以便无信号时使用。<br><br>

1. 如果你想要追求高品质的住宿环境和景色风光，那么你应该选择S1码头。作为最早开发的地区，S1位于岛屿最北边，高档酒店较为集中，沙子最细软白色，特点是奢华、安静，交通不便程度一般可以接受。<br>
2. 相较于S1码头高昂的价格，S2亲民的价格绝对是个优势。S2是
长滩岛
的商业中心，吃喝玩乐的闹市区集中在这边，各项餐饮娱乐服务都比较完善。D'mall、美食、D'talipapa海鲜市场、bar都聚集于此。这里沙滩沙质不错，但是因为沙滩上有很多椰子树和摊档，所以宽度不够，也不够白。<br>
3. 低廉的价格，安静的环境和方便的出海，一定是你选择S3的原因。这里是岛上开发最晚的区域，离码头近，是水上活动的主要出海码头。但是这里沙滩沙子粗，水也不是特别美，如果你要时常去沙滩漫步，建议慎选。<br>长滩岛
