菲律宾
旅游签证（三个月单次有效，每次入境停留不超59天）需要准备以下材料：<br>
1.护照<br>
除了准许在
菲律宾
的停留期外，有效期还有至少六个月的护照或旅行证件的原件及复印件,且护照内至少有2页空白签证页；<br>
2.签证申请表<br>
填写完整的签证申请表（一式两份，到领事馆前台受理处申领）及两张2寸六个月内拍摄的白底彩照（签证申请表的填写规范在后面。照片要求：暴露前额和双耳，不能是自拍照）；<br>
3.身份证原件及复印件<br>
18周岁以上的申请人请提供身份证原件及复印件，15-18周岁（含）的申请人请提供身份证，户口本与出生证的原件及复印件，15周岁以下的未成年申请人请提供出生证与户口本的原件及复印件，上述所有类型的复印件上的中文信息需要翻译成英文（在空白处翻译写上：姓名 Name……， 性别 Gender……，民族 Nation……，出生 Birth……，地址 addess……，公民身份证号 ID……）；<br>
4.机票酒店行程单<br>菲律宾
的酒店预订确认回执以及确认行程的往返机票，需要注意的是酒店订单要提供全程住宿订单，并且要在订单上反映所有住客的名字（机票要全程的！包含国际段和
菲律宾
国内段的全程机票！再来说酒店：要在订单上反映所有住客的名字。这个可以在订单的备注栏”Special Requests”去体现：XXX and XXX will be staying in the same room during our visit.如果下完订单后发现没有备注或者备注了没体现出来名字，那么最好是同住的人一起去签证。PS：如果酒店还没选好，就先上booking随便选个可以免费取消和免预付款的酒店，入住时间一定要跟你的机票逗留地是一致的哦。取完签证之后上booking把随便定的酒店退了。哦了~~）；<br>
5.财产证明<br>
选其一就行：在职收入证明（不想找单位开，所以用半年银行流水作财产证明）/信用卡（visa或万事达标志信用卡正反面复印件）/存折（余额最少2万元）/银行存款证明的原件及复印件（存款证明银行开具是需要收费20元/份，需要冻结金额至少2万元，周期咨询使馆），前述四种财力证明任选一种即可（未成年申请人不需要此项。我认为银行流水最便携安全，需要在流水第一页上写上护照上的英文姓名）；<br>
6.未成年人申请其他要求<br>
15周岁以下的未成年申请人若没有父母陪同出行，需要提供W.E.G.委托书；15-18周岁（含）的申请人需要父亲或母亲出具的允许其赴菲旅行的同意书（不论该申请人是否与父母亲同行前往
菲律宾
）；<br>
7.签证费<br>
单次入境签证费每人190元人民币；签证正常需要4个工作日。如需加急，则另付人民币190元，可在递交申请后的下一个工作日取件；<br>
8.付款方式<br>
使馆目前只接受现金付款！因此申请人无法通过POS机刷卡，支付宝或者微信支付来付费；<br>
9.面签<br>
游客既可以本人亲自申请，也可以通过我馆授权旅行社代送。如果本人申请，需要接受领馆面试；<br>
10.受理领取时间<br>
签证受理时间为工作日上午08:30至下午02:00，申请人不需要事前预约。领证时间：第4个工作日下午13:00-17:30。（然而实际工作时间是：周一至周五：上午08:30-12:00，下午13:30-17:30。中午需要休息。通知你第四个工作日下午之后才能领证的，最快领证时间就是那天下午了，过了那个时间之后要去领的上午下午去都可以。）<br><br>

表格分为正反两面，请在同一张A4纸上打印正反两面，打印时需注意纸张的方向。表格中含有彩色内容，若无彩色打印机，申请者也可以只用黑色墨水打印。递交表格时，每位申请人需要提供一式两份表格。<br>
此份签证填写模板特别适用于入境目的为旅游的
中国
游客。其他入境目的有些内容需要修改，具体问题问领馆工作人员：<br>

我当时不清楚直接写NON。后来说要填酒店信息的时候，工作人员直接用涂改液涂掉然后重新写。这样也可以。

5.填完后检查下。核对无误后，到前台有不干胶把照片粘在一式两份的申请表右上角。<br><br></p>

1.准备上述签证材料；<br>
2.不需要提前预约，必须本人到场申请；<br>
3.准备护照或者身份证给门口武警检查，说明申请菲签，在门口等阿姨开门；<br>
4.阿姨领你进去进行登记后就可以进左边的受理登记中心；<br>
5.到受理台提交上述资料给工作人员，在椅子等侯；<br>
6.工作人员审查资料是否齐全，资料齐全他会递交给签证官签字，签完后装订，上二楼备案；<br>
7.工作人员备案完毕会让你交费190元，以下是签证回执单；
