潜店有两个餐厅（实际是一个厨房），味道还可以，主要吃早餐和午餐，很方便；周边潜店也有餐厅，我们没有尝试，教练带去了一家适合

除了菠萝好吃其它都很酸！非常酸。其实PG的咖喱无论哪个餐厅都还不错；芒果冰沙有点微酸，但是芒果味道超浓；【椰奶冰沙】这个真心推荐，用矿泉水瓶装的，椰子味道很浓，潜店同行小伙伴推荐的，好评！~特别推荐【小绿酒】这家，出来玩儿总感觉需要喝点酒才有放松的氛围，但是作为菜鸟级的潜水员，别说酒了，这两天连带气的饮料都没敢喝，正好在离开前一天有这个机会，便小酌了几杯。小绿酒其实是一款鸡尾酒，我们同行七个人可以点一大桶，用手机打光拍照非常好看，酒的味甘带酸，猜测里面应该有青桔+柠檬吧。餐厅本身是一家西餐店，涵盖了披萨、牛排、
墨西哥
餐、炒饭等，菜量超大，上菜速度很慢，晚上去人很多要等位。

与OW不同，AOW课程是选择五项专长进行一潜体验，其中深潜和水底导航是必学项目，顶尖中性浮力、放流、夜潜、沉船等选择三项体验。此次选择潜店也是小纠结了一下，最终非常幸运的选择了DIVING PARK，位于PG的BIG LALAGUNA，从SABANG码头可以乘坐螃蟹船抵达，平时从潜店往返SABANG村，沿着海边走路15分钟，也可坐摩托车，白天50p/人，晚上100p/人，还有敞篷汽车白天100p/人。

PG的潜店都是沿着沙滩而建的，之所以说很幸运的选到了DP，是因为DP有一套完善的排污系统，因此潜店前的沙滩较SABANG那边的来说真是干净不少

。至于交通，我们是潜店教练直接来接的，这里不得不赞下我们的教练，DIVING PARK的莫凡，人真的超级好，技术过硬人品也好，他知道的会全都教给你，不知道的也不会装懂，没有教练架子，很真诚，在深潜之后还带我们去了沉船。

其实学A的几潜下水前我都是非常紧张的，紧张到什么地步呢？辣的不敢吃怕流鼻涕，带气儿饮料不敢喝怕晕船呕吐

……但是一旦到了水下，跟着教练就感觉很安心，每潜上来之后会在小凉亭进行总结，分析问题，告诉我们问题的原因和解决方法，学到了很多。<br>
建议学A的小伙伴们一定要选择放流和夜潜，尤其是夜潜，除了可以看到很多夜行生物外，还可以看到萤火虫，感觉非常浪漫，激发了自己小女生的一面

。说是萤火虫，其实是一种海洋漂浮物，在夜里，水中，把手电关掉后，用手划水会看到很多很多，真的超级多的，像萤火虫一样的黄绿色亮点，只可惜这种美好只能留在在记忆中，相机拍不下来。上升到水面后自己又被漫天繁星迷住了，PG的
北斗
七星特别亮，夜潜也不冷，等船之余，将BCD充满气，躺在海面，仰望星空，放空自己。

，导航、中性浮力、放流完全不知道是啥，而且超害怕在海底摘面镜，所以刚开始升A的时候内心是恐惧的，对30米的深度也是充满不安。然鹅，经过和经验丰富的潜水员交流，我慢慢找到了平衡耳压的方法，了解了潜水表的用途，发现了放流的乐趣。至于中性浮力，只想说是让我对潜水上瘾的罪魁祸首，每潜后都会因为自己控制的不够好，萌生还想再试一次的想法，也会因为短暂几十秒的平稳而感到兴奋，其实在泳池练习的时候自己的中性浮力还OK，到水下一拿起相机就变得一塌糊涂了
