自从第一次跟班去了

的爱昵和

之后，
菲律宾
的那一抹蓝给我留下了挥之不去的印象，暗自心想一定还会再来。可是一直不知道下次该去向何处。而某天在朋友圈里看到的一条
菲律宾
杜马盖地
的旅游宣传片让我瞬间锁定了目的地。于是马上行动，发朋友圈，组织小伙伴们一起同行。没多少时间就凑足了8个人。第一次组织国外自由行就要安排8个人的行程对我来说确实是一个挑战，人多了涉及的东西就会复杂。但是我还是毅然的决定了8个人。整个行程下来虽说有困难，但是8人的数量绝对是一个明智的决定。因为无论是打的，包车，包船。8人的数量具有绝对的优势，而且能将每个人的成本降到最低。<br>
我做这个决定的时候已经是1月份了，所以预计会在后半年去，结果大家都迫不及待，于是在机票允许的情况下把时间提前到了4月份，准备时间还是有点赶的，因为
菲律宾
5月到10月是雨季，这个时间段去雨天多，且会碰到台风，尽量避开。预计行程十天。在之后做攻略的过程中发现，
杜马盖地
只有一个APO岛具有可玩性，不需要花费这么长的时间，而且去APO的浮潜，看海龟在其他地方都可以实现。Oslob看鲸鲨的话也可以和其他行程连一起，不需要从
杜马盖地
出发，而就在这时又发现一个更好的目的地Malapascua岛，既串联了Oslob，又比
杜马盖地
更具有可玩性。所以依然决然的改变了最初的行程设计。从而形成了这次的行程：<br>

当然我们住的还是比较好的，还能再省，机票也能定到更便宜的，但因为人多不好操作。和马代，
巴厘岛
等等相比之下性价比实在是太高了。

1、护照、签证：护照是必须的啦，大家自己办。签证就找万能的淘宝吧。最好和出游保险一起买。<br><br>
2、机票：机票的话有2家航空公司可以选择，宿务航空和亚航。这两家航空公司都属于廉价航空，经常会推出一些特价机票。尤其是宿务航空，基本每个月都会推出接下去半年的廉价出行机票。最便宜的时候我看到从

只要88元人民币，加上燃油和税也就300左右。相当划算喔~当然数量有限，人数不多可以考虑，需要经常关注。亚航相对来说活动频率要低一些。然后我们定的是4程飞机，建议最好在同一家航空公司定，因为
马尼拉
的航站楼有4个，每个都在不同的地方，宿务航空主要在T3航站楼，亚航一些在T4，我们其中一程就是买的亚航的，图便宜，但是要打车，虽然不远，但是还是觉得转机麻烦呀~ <br>
机票之间的间隔建议尽量隔出5小时以上，虽然

的飞机基本都是准点的，但是还是怕万一，上次就有一个朋友从
上海
到
马尼拉
的飞机延误了4个小时，结果导致后面的行程全乱，最后只能在第一个目的地呆到回程。而且我们的机票中途还遇到航空公司自己进行的时间调整，第二班原定是10:点多的飞机，直接给改到8点多，如果不延误是刚好能赶上，考虑保险起见还是联系航空公司改到了下午1，毕竟怕万一情况，而且中间我也安排了去赌场，不会觉得浪费时间。<br>
订好的机票会有订单发到邮箱，记得下载下来或打印出来，因为进机场是需要查看你的机票信息的。<br><br>
3、住宿：我都是在Agoda上面定的，还是非常划算的，并且可以用支付宝支付，非常的方便。订好之后会有回执单发到邮箱，把它下载到手机里到酒店出示就可以，非常简单。<br><br>
4、浮潜装备：这个必须要人手一套，虽然那边有的租，但是租金绝对高出自己买的，而且还不卫生，呼吸管大多还是全湿的那种，很容易呛到水。最好再买个水下相机，推荐gopro（山狗相机），使用和携带都很方便，而且便宜。这次因为不了解这个相机，所以没敢买，但是看见好多人都带着去了，觉得还是不错的。关键是手机防水套和相机防水套到水下拍的效果都不是很理想。<br><br>
5、语言：这个必须要会点，
菲律宾
的语言主要是英语为主，也有他们当地的语言。但是他们的英语带着浓重的口音，刚开始不仔细听会听不太懂，习惯就好。实在不行就国际通用手势，这个是最简单的。

我觉得去了之后真的没必要担心语言问题，因为即使你不会说，手势也不能沟通的话还有可以画画给他们看，至少最基本的行程是没问题的，而且当地也会有

人，找个华人帮忙还是很容易的。<br><br>
6：防晒霜：这个是必需品，可以在

买好带去，也可以去那边买。劝告所有的男士们，别以为自己皮厚，晒黑没事，在那里绝对不仅仅是晒黑的事，1小时就能把你晒伤，让你痛不欲生。这我可是有亲身经历的。

7：带些常用药品：创口贴，红药水，棉花棒，跌打损伤药，发烧感冒药，晕车晕船药,会出现过敏的尽量带上过敏药。因为
菲律宾
的医疗水平很低，语言沟通不方便的话就麻烦了。而且很多地方就只有健康中心，说白了就是给妇女接生的地方。医院只有
大城
市有，万一生病了让你痛不欲生。我们行程中就出现了很多伤员，浮潜时手脚被珊瑚划伤的，过敏的，浪大的时候被船头打到脖子的。找药店和小诊所就找了一上午索性当逛岛了。<br><br>
8：外币：
菲律宾
用的是比索。在
中国
银行都可以换到，基本是1:7左右。但是这次我们的出行总结研究出了最省钱的办法，就是在
中国
换美元，然后去
菲律宾
拿美元换比索，最后回来的时候在
菲律宾
用比索换人民币。这个方法是损失最小的，如果是3000人民币的话按我这个方法换至少能省出300元。换得越多，省得越多。至于在
菲律宾
换钱的地方有很多，机场就有，市区银行也有，非常方便。机场美元换比索的汇率略低，大概在44.4（
中国
更低）。到市区的银行一看，汇率有46.4，相差还是很多的。

登机口等待，席地而坐，这里要提醒各位，别以为去热带就不带外套，晚上和飞机上还是有点凉的，需要带一件长袖外套。飞机上的毛毯可是要买的喔~<br>
在办理出境托运时，发现我们其中一个小伙伴的名字有问题，姓吕，国际拼法是LU，但是没仔细看护照，直接按

拼音LV，结果被工作人员警告说在

可以理解，但在国外不一定能理解，有可能就过不了安检。这把我吓的，赶紧联系后面3程飞机票的客服，电话，邮件改名字，回程的机票倒是来得及改，就怕当天
马尼拉
去宿务的机票根本来不及改了。所以劝告各位，订票的时候严格按照护照上的拼音来，这也是第一次没经验造成的后果。不过庆幸的是第二程飞机去和柜台工作人员说的时候他们竟然说没关系。真是有惊无险啊！~

这就是宿务航空的小黄飞机，因为太兴奋，飞机上也没睡好，飞机上乘务员会给大家发2张入境卡，忘记拍了，大致就是填写国家，护照号，航班号，来
菲律宾
目的等等，记得带上笔，在飞机上填写好，加快入境速度。入境时要走Foreign Channel，不要排错队，浪费时间。<br>
拿到行李后，在机场随便找了一家餐馆吃了简单的早餐，机场没几个餐馆，我们去的是
中国
龙餐厅，不是很好吃。貌似机场都这样，还不如吃
汉堡
。<br>
吃完早饭后，看大家的精力都还可以，并且第二程飞机是13:00亚航的，需要换航站楼，中间的时间就带着大家去了机场右边对面的赌场见识了一下，赌场叫Resort World。记得千万别打车，走走5分钟就到，我们就是因为不熟悉，出去打车，第一辆开价1800P，我的天，太夸张了。后来找了一辆500P8个人，开了没一会就到了，才知道还是被坑了。赌场有个好处就是可以免费寄存行李，并且貌似有2个出口。你在正门寄存，从侧门出去是不会被人发现的。里面很多玩的，我只认识21点和
德州
扑克，还有老虎机。主要就是没见过，可以来见识一下。在这里你就别想赢钱了，我花了3000P去玩21点，正好整桌就我一个玩家，庄家看我下注挺大，马上换了一个人手，整个输光就在10分钟，中间只赢过一场。然后我们其中一个美女换了2000P去玩，下注小，就输赢都有，这时候旁边来了一个外国人，跟着我们一起押注，压得比我们大，然后也跟着一起赢，后来荷官就和我们说先停一停，让他先和那个外国人玩，结果外国人就不赢钱了，就把他赶跑了，我们的美女就继续。哈哈！~中间有一会老输，我就叫美女开玩笑的和荷官说：“NO WIN NO PLAY”结果接下去一把必赢。感觉输赢就掌握在荷官手里，想你赢就赢，想你输就输，愿意和你玩就让你赢赢，不愿意和你玩马上让你输光。后来这个老手荷官玩累了，就换了一个新手和我们玩，基本是把我们当练手的对象了。再玩了一会，看时间也差不多了，也没输，我们就结束了，结果人家新美女荷官还惊讶的问：“finish?”看来是荷官还没玩够

所以体验一下还是可以的。要不就是很多人的时候一起玩，一对一是玩不过荷官的。

然后如果去别的地方，打车一定要到机场出口最右边这个位置来打车，黄色的的士，其他的都是黄牛车，价格都要高很多，就算你打到其他的出租，很有可能就不打表，直接谈价格，这个时候就很被动了，所以上车之前一定要先问清楚是打表的再上。

出租一种是黄色，走长路线划算。一种是白色，走短路线划算。<br>
出了赌场之后直接打的到T4航站楼，20分钟左右，我们就是这段时间出去逛买了中饭，看到了附近银行的46点多的美元兑换率，后悔没换美元啊！~

这个就是在宿务的旅店，整个行程的第一个旅店
Express Inn
，类似国内的7天，定这家是因为地理位置非常优越，离宿务最大的商场SM仅150M路程，走路5分钟就到。去下一个目的地Malapascua需要先到宿务省北端的Maya码头，去Maya有2种方式：<br>
1、是包车，我们8个人就是包车过去的，3500P一辆，路程3个多小时。这时候就显示出8个人的优势了，一辆车刚刚好，说包就包，说走就走，不需要拼车，不需要等任何人。<br>
2、坐大巴去，在northern bus teminal，非空调车150P/人。空调车200P/人，路程5小时，每半小时一班。<br>
而这个酒店离大巴站也比较近，打的大概20分钟左右。<br>
再者就是价格便宜，200/晚。

入住完之后，我们就到SM逛逛，这里有超市，可以补充一些必需品，在之后的酒店里面洗发液，牙膏牙刷经常会不提供，所以洗漱用品最好自己备着点。然后这里面摆着卖沙冰的小摊里面的沙冰可好喝了，是整个行程喝过最好喝的沙冰，一定要买，照片忘拍了，反正小摊不大，就是摆在过道边的，很容易发现。<br>
然后我们又在这里吃了晚饭，这家餐厅一定要推荐，门口没拍，就是从我们旅店走过去过了马路到SM大门进去后楼下往前走右手边，按图片肯定能找到。这是我们整个行程中吃过最好吃的菲餐。味道超棒，很满足。也很便宜，人均50RMB不到。
