<p class="_j_note_content _j_seqitem" data-seq="897047551">夏天来了开始就深深的种草了潜水，向往深蓝的大海和五颜六色的热带鱼，看到机票合适的时候就马上下手了，八月份买好了10月10-23日往返机票，行前一直想做攻略但是拖延了好久也没有好好做攻略直接出发，所幸认识了同样行程可以一起出行的小伙伴，到最后遇见这薄荷味道的海，也算是迟到的蜜月旅行，还是很开心。遇见了好撸的歪果猫，有趣的旅伴，好看的风景，连人生地不熟后被宰的气愤都少了许

学潜水，本想学自由潜，拍照巨好看，但是需要游泳基础，而我又不会自由泳，只会狗刨。最后还是先报了水肺ow，选了好久

的潜店，最后选了王者，店比较大，中文教练也比较多，看评价也都不错，提前几天报了名，客服小姐姐给发了学习的视频和理论题，因为出发前几天太忙了，结果一直也没时间看完，只看了一半不到，所以还焦虑了好久，怕视频没看完被教练骂，

。出发前我们两个人都感冒了好久，一直担心感冒不能潜水，最后到出发还是一直没好，问过了教练，理论上是不能潜水的，但是不鼻塞的话就还好，鼻塞会影响做耳压平衡，还好我俩都不鼻塞。<br>

，还好酒店还比较干净，但是空调很烦很响，是那种拖拉机空调。如果中转一晚还可以，住的天数多的话就不推荐了，空调真的很烦。再订酒店的时候我们就涨了经验，一定在图片上先找空调是不是拖拉机式的。

到酒店办完入住已经十点了，我们约了之前联系到的一个人来的一个小哥哥晚上一起出去吃宵夜，我们提前联系好定的同一个酒店，小哥哥先到的，大家都不知道哪里还有可以吃的东西，只能跟着地图瞎走一通，最后走到了一处商场，后来知道是ayala，商场已经关门了，吃饭的地方还没有全关门，进商场要过安检门，溜了一圈去了一个叫bigmao的餐厅，差不多是

菜的样子，吃了一顿还算比较合胃口的饭，比较推荐，还比较实惠，三个人花了一千五百多比索。吃完饭走回酒店的路上这是差不多已经十一点多了，之前听说

治安不好，走在路上很多人在路边台阶坐着，有时还挺渗得慌的，三个人一起走还有一点感觉害怕，要是一个人晚上还是最好不要出门的吧。<br>
晚上回酒店还是就睡了，太累了坐了一天飞机，所以还是没有看成潜水教学视频，这个觉睡的我很焦虑

，记住了教训从酒店出来打了辆小白出租车到

一号码头，下车后没有看到售票处，猝不及防的就被一群小黑围上来抢着拎行李，一边拎一边跟我们哇啦哇啦说着听不懂的话，我俩二脸懵逼，最后只听懂了要小费，拎了也就五米远吧，的确很坑，不过之前确实在大家的游记里看到过很多人说，会有这种以要小费为生的小黑们坑人，没有零钱，最后被要走了120比索。所以各位在码头千万不要把自己的行李拱手让人，那就是一群专以这个为生的小黑们。最后找到了售票处买票还是比较顺利，用护照买票，

，在码头买的票直接含了税，票价是一般空调舱500p一人，税费是25p一人，如果是在网上订票会需要自己去窗口交税费。买完票进去之后会有办托运行李的地方，一般100p一件行李。坐船真的要多穿，太太太冷了！

船程差不多两个小时。没赶上早班船，买的七点半的船到
薄荷岛
九点半，船上想看视频来着看了几分钟眼皮控制不住的就合上了，困还是战胜了焦虑。下了船出了码头也会有一群小黑在接站，随便就答应了一个面包车，花了500还是600p，到王者老店。酒店正常都是要下午两点可以办入住，但是一般前一天没人住的话应该也都可以提前办入住。我们上课快迟到了就直接到王者老店去报道上课，行李寄存在了前台，上午是理论课。<br>
教练是1对4，直接拿出一份试卷让我们做题，做完之后讲，讲道理如果提前把那些视频全部看完这些题应该都会做，我没看完所以会做一些

摄政公园酒店。讲道理不是特别的推荐，空调也是拖拉机空调，拖拉机空调就是不太制冷而且噪音大，房间一般，不是很大，泳池有两个，一个很小基本也没人，另一个还算是可以。

吃完赶紧去找教练集合。<br>
一下午的泳池课上到疲惫，学习各种潜水技巧，装BCD，配重丢弃与佩戴，面镜排水，二级头寻回，紧急上升，中性浮力，没气了借潜伴备用气源，等等等等。对明天的开放水域潜水还有有那么一点期待和害怕的。<br>
四点太阳就落山了。六点天就黑透了。晚上约了教练大家一起去吃火锅。一家

火锅，很良心，菜量大，在岛上消费水平来说不算很贵。人均一百多人民币差不多。<br>
吃完饭回酒店倒头大睡。<br></p>

第二天八点半集合，组好装备背着气瓶上船，气瓶贼沉，巨沉，无比沉。沉到我想迈不开腿站不起来。aow的学员去沉船的地方下水了，像我们这种ow的只能去另一个地方浅一点的海。背滚式入水下水，一只手按面镜一只手护头，入水的一瞬间是有些害怕的，但是到
水里
就好一些，一开始往下潜时不太好控制自己，老想往上飘，在水下被教练瞪

后来找到了方法，知道怎么往下潜，第一潜没来得及好好看海里的风景，光顾着看教练，担心走神会被骂。在海里复习昨天泳池里学的那些技巧，大概半个小时吧就回到了船上，回岸上换气瓶继续第二潜，第二潜好多了，能控制自己的中性浮力，不会再往上飘了，然后有些控制不好自己的速度，老是游到教练前边去，然后就只能往回游，然后又把教练超了，然后再往回游，最后变成了围着教练绕圈圈

。两潜结束才十一点多，第二天的课程就算是结束了。中午和一起学潜水的小伙伴吃了牛肉饭，然而又贵又不好吃。<br>
吃完饭麦当劳旁边的路走过去一家巷子里有一家芒果冰淇淋店，推荐西瓜芒果冰淇淋，好吃。

傍晚的阿罗娜海滩热闹非凡，除了潜店很多还有沿路和沿海滩各种餐厅酒店酒吧，很多餐厅都有驻唱歌手在唱歌，一片繁华祥和的样子。路边小黑很多，一路都会问你要不要跳岛游或者租摩托车或者陆地游之类的。<br>
晚上在牛肉饭旁边那家吃了鸡饭，也并不好吃

考证第三天，依然是早上八点半集合，背气瓶出海，今天最后两潜，今天带上了gopro出海，教练也同意了，只要能控制好自己的中性浮力就可以拍拍拍了，教练也带上了自己的水下相机给我们拍照。第三潜还是练技巧，感觉每一潜都比上一次更熟练更勇敢也潜的更好。第四潜就可以拍照看鱼了，终于可以好好的欣赏海底的景色，在沙地旁边就是海底断层，再往下就看不到底了。小鱼很多，还有我最喜欢的尼莫，还看到了一二三条海蛇。
