中菲关系的日益紧张，使得CCAV日夜“宣传”的菲国各种不安全因素自然而然地成为了长辈们茶余饭后的谈资。作为后辈的我们，听多了也使心里面多出了那么一丝的不安。但最后，我们还是义无反顾地登上了前往菲国的灰机，开启了这一段美妙的旅程。而这一切的缘由皆因我的好基友发来的一组菲国的美照及以下的一段对话：<br>

的想法是在去年提起的，因为各种原因一直拖到今年8月才订的机票。我们这次去薄锡杜共需4程飞机（貌似剧透了），主要选择的都是宿务航空（CEBU)，看中的就是宿务航空转机都是在

机场T3航站楼内完成，不用拖着行李奔波于各个航站楼。订票之前有看过马蜂窝小伙伴们的攻略，换航站楼对于我们这些人（英）生（语）路（烂）不(成)熟（渣）的人来说，真的是折磨，谁爱折腾谁去吧。宿务航空是
菲律宾
的廉价航空公司，经常都会推出特价机票，越早订越优惠，该出手时就出手（1元机票也有，能否抢到就要看脸了）。很多小伙伴都是直接上宿务官网订机票的，而我因为觉得宿务官网页面打开较慢，所以四程机票都是在携程订的，价格相差不远。我们订的都是特价票，国内往返

1、签证：关于签证，很多小伙伴都是在马云家解决的，一搜一大把，也没啥好说的，准备好护照和两张大一寸的照片就好，其它的就交给某宝解决吧，基本不会拒签。本人身在
广州
，也不用面签。<br>
2、货币：菲国当地的货币是比索（下文简称“P”),兑软妹币大概是7P:1RMB吧，以至于接下来的行程我们一行人都把关于7的乘法口诀背得滚瓜烂熟了。你可以在国内几大银行直接兑换比索，但是这样兑换的汇率不高。还是先在国内兑换美刀，到了菲国再用美刀兑换比索的汇率要高一点。

机场T3航站楼就有几个柜台可以兑换。我们抵达当晚在机场兑换1刀=46.8P（TIPS:菲国是小费国家，换钱时尽量多换点零钱，你不会后悔的）。<br>
现金不用带太多，出境游有现金限制，带多了也不安全，带少了不够用。可以带上一张储蓄卡，存点钱进去，不够花的时候可以去ATM机直接取当地货币，当然了，会花掉你一点手续费。攻略里很多小伙伴都推荐华夏储蓄卡，据说国外取现不用手续费。信用卡也带上吧，菲国当地能刷卡的地方不多，酒店，潜店一般都能刷（银联在当地刷不了，要用带VISA,MASTER.JCB标识的）。我们四人纯属穷屌丝，机票，酒店都提前订好给过 钱了，一共就带了2千多刀现金，全程下来省着点花，只能说是刚！好！够！用！<br>
3、日常用品：菲国有一些酒店是不提供洗刷用品和拖鞋的，请自行准备一套旅行套装。防蚊液，护肤品，剃须刀，防晒与晒后修复（带了安耐晒，香蕉船和芦荟胶，都挺好用的，毕竟晒伤就那么一会儿的事）这些都是必备的。当然，同行女士都带了姨妈巾，最后由于上天保佑，没用上都留在了菲国。建议到了当地可以去超市买点洗衣液或洗衣粉。<br>
4、药品：药品嘛，希望大家带了也用不上，但是身在国外，还是带上吧，有备无患，起码有满满的安全感。创可贴、医用酒精和棉球（海里很多珊瑚和礁石，浮潜时一不小心容易划伤手脚），百服宁，清热消炎药，感冒药，肠胃药，保心安油，晕船药（事实证明，这些带去的药品都用！上！了！，真的很重要。行程中我们四人都不分先后顺序的出现了腹泻，Amy发烧了，小敏膝盖被珊瑚划到了）<br>
5、衣裤鞋袜：同行的男生就带了5套背心沙滩裤，1双拖鞋，3条内裤。女生带得比较多，也可以理解，沙滩裙若干，衣裤裙子一堆，内衣裤不详。<br>
6、装备：海岛嘛，浮潜三宝必不可少，我和太太都有近视，可以在马云家提前购买带度数的潜镜，不然下到水底看啥都是一片模糊就没趣了）顺带一提，潜镜我和小伙伴都买了TUSA的，带着舒服，比较推荐），其实当地潜店也可以租用浮潜三宝，但是我们一想到那呼吸管不知道前一任的人吃完啥再来含过那呼吸管，你还用得下吗？所以还是自己带吧。各种电子装备的充电线（特别是手机的充电线，可以的话带上两条吧，万一坏了或不见了也不至于手机变成砖头，菲国的插座跟国内的是一样的，转换插头不用带。）。摄影方面我们都不太懂，所以就带了小单反，GOPRO4，米狗3，卡
西欧
TR150和TR550，手机。<br>
7、Apps:Google地图，Google翻译。国外能用，尽管下载就是了

这次的全部酒店基本都是在AGODA上预订的，只有苏米龙例外是在某宝上预订的，原因就是在某宝预订的苏米龙的酒店会比AGODA和BOOKING上预订便宜，毕竟穷孩子不容易啊~以下是我们十天行程的酒店安排<br>
1、Day1~Day3:Panglao Regents Park:因为我和我的好基友都要去考OW，所以前几天不想搬来搬去，所以选择了这家性价比很高的酒店。优点：干净整洁，服务生都相当热情，见面都面带笑容主动打招呼，离ALONA海滩不远，就10分钟步行时间。缺点：有部分房间靠近马路，晚上可能会有点嘈，建议订房时标注一下，最好是加500P/晚入住主楼那边，因为大泳池是在主楼那边的。<br>
2、Day4:Henann Resort Alona Beach：我们订的是池畔尊贵房，想着前三天都比较累，第四天可以住得舒适一点。这家酒店可以排在薄荷前几的酒店吧。优点：房间较大，干净舒适，服务没得说。酒店有三个泳池。酒店还没完全建好，现在入住是试营业，半价~<br>
3、Day5：Manhattan Suites Inn:类似于国内的快捷酒店。优点：离杜马的罗宾逊商场很近，拐个弯就到了，吃喝方便。缺点：房间小，靠路边较嘈~<br>
4、Day6:Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort:一岛一酒店。优点：美。缺点：没啥可说，准备钞票就行了。岛上就只有那么20间房左右，而且相当抢手，需要入住不想住帐篷的建议提前半年预订<br>
5、Day7:
The Danish Lagoon Luxury Beach Resort
:优点：适合喜欢原生态的你 缺点：说起都是泪，后面详说吧。<br>
6、Day8-9:Pura Vida Beach and Dive Resort:优点：服务很好，有自己的沙滩和潜店。住在这里很有度假的感觉。缺点：早餐较单调，没什么选择。

菲国貌似就四家营运商，Smart、Global、Sun、PLDT。而基本上我们游客接触的较多就是前两家。我们选择的是Smart。在T3航站楼就有几个柜台有售。我们开通的是600P，7天的套餐，1天800M流量，但不知道为啥，我们7天过后套餐依然能用，直到回国。打电话是需要另外充值的。当地海岛上网的速度就相当于国内2.5G的水平吧，反正我们一天800M也用不完。

在行程景点上我们都没有太多的分歧。在经历了无数次国内旅游景点人山人海，到处垃圾满处飞的折磨后，我们都一致认为，要选择人较少的地，但也要适合我们这些国外自由行菜鸟的。所以长滩这个已被国人占领的景点被我们最先排除了。

我们是乘坐当晚22:15分宿务航空飞

的航班。我们到达机场时才7点不到，本想距离起飞时间还有3个多小时，就打算先去办理值机才去填饱肚子，结果宿务航空办理值机的柜台人员工作效率真的是不敢恭维，排在我们前面的就只有那么5、6个人，我们却在值机方面花费了2个多小时，结果后面可想而知，放弃了临出发前再好好搓一顿的想法，只能跑步前进了。<br>
延误是宿务航空的家常便饭，幸好我们的航班只延误了半个多小时就顺利起飞了。<br></p>
