●麦哲伦十字架<br>
麦哲伦十字架位于

岛东方的马克丹岛上，是1521年
葡萄牙
航海家、效忠于
西班牙
的麦哲伦为传播天主教而在
宿务
竖立的十字架。在1525年~1740年间，天主教的教徒为十字架兴建了一个露天的开放式圣坛，当地人相信十字架具有神圣的力量，认为只要将十字架的木头削成屑服用，就能医治百病，便把十字架的外皮剝落拿走。后来

人为了保护十字架，在

市政厅前建造了一座六角形的石砌圣坛，圣坛的窍顶画有精美的壁画，描绘的是麦哲伦在

的传教过程。同时，

人把一整块缅茄木镂空成一个十字架，再把麦哲伦带来的十字架安放在里面，供人们瞻仰。每逢周日的早上，便会有成群的天主教善男信女前来虔诚地祈求平安好运。<br><br>葡萄牙

的殖民者麦哲伦<br>
1515年8月10日麦哲伦率领的船队穿过大西洋，抵达南美，又从南美出发穿越太平洋，于1521年4月7日到达
菲律宾
群岛的
宿务
岛，当地的酋长认同了麦哲伦，并带领全家人接受洗礼，成了天主教徒。据说，麦哲伦的十字架是为第一批
宿务
岛的天主教教徒而竖立的。后来，麦哲伦为扩大天主教的影响，介入各岛之间的争斗，1521年4月27日夜，他率领
西班牙
人抢占邻近的麦克坦岛，并下令烧毁岛上的房屋，当地人奋起反抗，麦哲伦在混战中被砍死。

●圣婴大教堂<br>
圣婴大教堂位于麦哲伦十字架附近，原名圣奧古斯汀教堂，建于1565年，是
西班牙
殖民者为传播天主教而兴建的，其中最值得参观的是由麦哲伦从
西班牙
带来的、有着传奇故事的黑皮肤木造耶稣圣婴像，这座高40厘米的耶稣圣婴像，是麦哲伦在1521年送给
宿务
酋长的礼物。圣婴大教堂是
菲律宾
最古老的石砌教堂，是巴
洛克
教堂的代表，已被列入世界文化遗产，并与圣婴修道院一起，于1941年被列入
菲律宾
