1、电话卡（wifi上网）。淘宝上有
菲律宾
的电话卡，5天、7天可选，可打电话+无限上网。
马尼拉
机场每个航站楼都有电话卡卖。据说Globe信号最好，楼主买的是599比索30天无限上网不能打电话。个人建议还是淘宝能打电话的更方便一点。另外
菲律宾
的岛屿（例如
薄荷岛
）信号弱，一入室内就没信号，（酒店也是一关门就没信号，害楼主经常要站在门口玩手机。）
马尼拉
的信号室内外都很好。<br><br>
2、交通。
马尼拉
的交通有的士和长条车和地铁，对于游客而言只能选择的士。的士记得只能选择白色的，而且告诉司机要By metre。最好是在Uber上订车，Uber只要确定出发点和目的地，价格是固定的，跟白色的士差不多。（但是楼主用信用卡Uber说付款方式错误，用不了。）机场出市区最好的交通工具：Uber→白色的士→酒店订车。千万不要坐黄色的士！血的教训！<br><br>
3、住宿。
马尼拉
的住宿还OK，建议订红色星球，酒店大堂和客房比7
天等
连锁酒店稍微好一点。注意，在
菲律宾
的酒店大部分都不能预付，需要到店后付现金。在Booking、Agoda预订的酒店，没有显示需要支付的税费，但酒店必须要收的，大概是12%这样。<br>
Agoda订的酒店由于需要到店支付，所以楼主很不幸地第一晚在
马尼拉
预订的酒店，前台告知之前需要我邮件确认（楼主收到的邮件没内容而没确认），导致没有留房给楼主。所以建议
马尼拉
订知名连锁酒店！<br>薄荷岛
的旅店可能是国庆的缘故，价格偏高。建议大家大时大节要尽可能尽早预定！酒店的设施比起
马尼拉
真是差远了（尽管价格贵3成），类似家庭式旅馆，而且
薄荷岛
的自来水都是海水改善的，轻微带咸味，大家有心理准备。五星酒店的硬件设施据朋友说也比国内的差很多。<br><br>
4、货币。
马尼拉

薄荷岛
（除了SM Mall）都必须用现金，均不能刷卡（刷卡也只能刷Master，不能刷VISA）。楼主自己带美金去
菲律宾
，抵达
马尼拉
机场的时候（4个航站楼均有）在兑换店换当地货币比索（下文以P表示），汇率大概是1美金=51~53比索。记住，机场是兑换率最高的地方。（当然也可以人民币兑比索。）<br><br>
5、消费。
马尼拉

的消费不低，对于楼主一线城市来说跟自己当地吃住都差不多。其实这些都是赚外国人钱的，当地人根本消费不起。但当地人吃的那些，为了卫生也不建议旅客当正餐，真是那个环境和那些食物，让人不太有胃口去吃。

<h2 class="t9"><span class="_j_anchor">OW和AOW</span></h2>
</div>

PADI(Professional Association of Diver Instructor国际专业潜水教练协会)签发的牌照，全球适用，终身有效。牌照由教练签发，牌照上附有教练的编号及潜店的名字。休闲潜水的极限是40米深。<br><br>
考潜水证首先是考OW （OPENWATER DIVER开放水域初级潜水员），这也是最为基础与实用的潜水课程，下潜到18米深度。学习时间一般是3-4天，
东南亚
学习的价格一般在2500-3000元左右。学习内容主要有：1天的潜水理论知识、2-3天的4次开放水域潜水。在潜水期间会让你完成各个潜水动作，如面镜排水、使用备用气源、控制中性浮力等。完成所有动作后并认定合格并通过理论笔试后，OW证就考出啦。<br>
总的来说，OW课程很重要也很基础，所以会有些累。一些负责的教练，如果觉得你某些动作不标准，会反复让你做直到通过为止。例如楼主严格的教练，说过某个动作如果有一次做错，是绝对不会签发牌照给我们的~<br><br>
AOW（Advanced OpenWater Diver进阶开放水域潜水员）一般是学习2天时间，一般安排5潜，可以下潜到30米。。课程有顶尖中性浮力，水下导航，失物寻回，船潜，放流，深潜，夜潜等等。顶尖和深潜是必选，其他3潜可以根据自己的喜好选择。
东南亚
AOW价格一般在2000-2500左右。<br>
AOW相比OW就轻松多了，主要就是让你更好地控制自己的在水下的身体平衡。<br>
学习AOW如果和OW考证相距半年以上的话，AOW学习时需重温OW的理论，和一些基本的OW技能。<br>
考证后，据说会从澳洲总部下发到学员国籍，再由当国邮寄证照给学员（像身份证的一张硬卡）。<br>

【坐飞机】潜水结束后，不能马上坐飞机，单次潜水需要保证至少12小时的陆地停留时间，多次潜水的话需要保证至少18个小时，让自己体内淤积的氮气释放完（现在的电子潜水表计算更精确，也更保守）。<br><br>
【掏耳朵】潜水之后由于耳膜等长时间泡水，变得更脆弱和敏感，因此潜水那几天请习惯洗澡后掏耳朵的童鞋按捺住自己，不然耳膜穿了就是一辈子的事了。<br><br>
【防晒】潜水要求不能使用防晒霜，因为人工防晒霜对珊瑚的影响很大，一年珊瑚只长几毫米，防晒霜一融化，破坏一片珊瑚。一般潜店会建议用椰子油保护皮肤，再用芦荟胶修复。<br><br>
【心态】我的教练老是说，潜水“这是一个与生命相关的课程，不是一个大型水上活动。”必须要认真、专注、谨遵PADI的理论要求。

平和
、沉静、严谨的态度下水，这是对自己最大的保护。<br>
下潜时由于水下的压力，会造成耳痛等一些问题，解决这个问题需要在下潜时不断地做耳压平衡（方法有几个），如果耳压实在痛，必须马上停止下潜并上升一点深度，或者按规定要求缓慢上升至水面停止本次潜水（理论都有教）。上升的动作和速度都是有规定的，违反的话会得减压病（最严重会死）。遵守规则是自己保护、爱惜自己的表现，

国内航班没买托运，所以精简两个人9天的行李只有一个20寸的拉箱和一个绿色的插箱包。<br><br>
本打算去
菲律宾
去几个海岛悠闲游，结果楼主和老公还是改不了苦行憎的本性，楼主发现考潜水证只需要3-4天，于是考虑顺便考个潜水牌。因为楼主换了新工作，非常忙碌，旅游的攻略基本没时间看，9月的时候在淘宝咨询了N间潜店，
薄荷岛
的潜店住宿全部爆满，最后还是选择了蚂蜂窝上被好评的“海妖”，店外住宿。咨询海妖说OW+AOW连学只需5-6天，而且连学有优惠，楼主就因为那一点点赚便宜的心态选了OW+AOW。<br><br>

的航站楼是T1，T1较小，落地后兑换比索，购买电话卡。根据工作人员指示乘坐的士去酒店。的士只有黄色的的士，机场人员会记录的士车牌号并给一联乘客。然并卵。楼主很不幸遇到一位非常卑鄙的的士司机。绕路，且有理由怀疑他改动了的士表，本来应该150的的士费飙升到600+。虽然算回来人民币也算小意思，但心里一直疙瘩着~~<br>
强烈建议大家的士只打白色的（后来在
马尼拉
打了几次白色的士都很正常）。<br><br>
预定了
马尼拉
的酒店是到付的，Agoda规定如果订了不入住就需要赔偿当晚房费。可是到了酒店，前台说3天前给我发了邮件问我是否入住，而我收到的邮件是空白的，没有任何内容，于是我没有回复。酒店没得到我的回复，没！留！房！给！我！告知房间都满了！<br>
前台给我联系了附近一酒店（环境和价格当然没有我提前预订甄选的好），但人生地不熟也没办法了，跟着另外付费的小轿车到了新酒店。（后来因为这事和Agoda投诉了，Agoda退了差额。）<br><br>
入住新酒店后在酒店约车（贵）到据说是
亚洲
最大的Shopping mall——Mall of Asia（即是SM mall）。SM mall跟
泰国
一样门口都站着手持长枪（
中国
携款员那种长枪）的警察，并且要开包人手检查。<br>
在SM mall逛了一下，随便找了个餐厅解决了晚餐。餐厅免费加饭，而加饭的方式很特别，有位店员手捧保温盒在餐厅悠转，你需要的时候招手，他从保温盒勺饭到你的碟子~<br><br>
打车回酒店。跟司机约定了200P（其实开高了价格），下车后酒店的工作人员领我们进去，我们以为有点不一样是因为前后门。再拿出卡片给工作人员，靠！司机去错了（路名一字之差）！当下我就跑去追车！幸好工作人员通过对讲机跟出口说，截住了我的司机！然后司机又悻悻然地载我们回酒店。<br></p>

的早餐，都配饭啊，猪扒饭，炸鸡腿饭，要个肠仔煎蛋都配个白饭……关键还不好吃！

下机下午2点半，约了旅店派车来接机。<br>
旅店订的是标双，带厨房。可是两张床有一张在阁楼，要住好几晚生怕哪晚夜起扭伤就麻烦了，请旅店换房。给了个4人间（2间房）我们，大得出奇。<br><br>
放下行李赶紧赶去“海妖”潜店，报名时约定当天下午马上开始课程，上理论课。<br>
海妖国庆太旺太旺，人太多太多，一开始和店主太太沟通出现了小小的不愉快，很快大家就协商好了。<br>
理论课是老板小勇帮我们上的，小小的课室坐了差不多20人，比较拥挤。小勇说得很详细（比我后来听到的其他教练讲课详细），4点的理论课上完已经7点半了。急急忙忙在海妖买了晚饭票（自助餐）吃饭。由于学员太多，当晚的菜式差不多被清空了，以至于几乎靠烤虾来填肚子，菜都无吃一条。<br>
海妖安排了教练Roxie给我们。Roxie是个非常年轻漂亮黝黑的女教练，初次见面她抽着烟，感觉好屌~但是教练一下水就变成另一个人，非常专业。附带一句，我的教练Roxie是全潜店我想是全

带学生）最漂亮的教练！身材比模特还好就不说了，后来合照发朋友圈，回复说像张柏芝！<br><br>
由于人太多，太混乱，我们一吃完饭马上找Roxie。Roxie要求我俩换上泳衣，在泳池游泳200米（不限时）和漂浮3分钟。对于会游泳的我们来说很容易，教练说我俩水性不错。<br><br>
我夫妻湿漉漉的头发穿着泳衣泳裤和2个女生一共4人跟Roxie学，由于人太多太混乱，教练在户外（靠手机补光）讲解气瓶和BCD（那个黑漆漆的背囊）和一串管子的组装和拆卸。一个步骤一个动作都不能错，不能错……组装三次拆卸一次，这样又一个小时过去了……当我离开潜店的时候已经是晚上10点了。<br><br>
教练要求第二天早上7点半到潜店，尽早开始学习课程泳池练习。然而那2个女生有一人不满教学太急，希望按照自己的节奏进行学习，于是我走的时候看见她俩在和老板有点激动地讨论。（楼主认为：下午的飞机到达，马上上理论，第二天一早练泳池，是比较赶，但国庆都爆满，肯定是自己来迁就潜店的安排了。自己调整不了请假就只能调整心态了。）打tuktuk回到酒店发现那2个女生已经不在微信群里了……

第二天一早从旅店打tuktuk到达海妖，潜店安排一个非常娇滴滴非常瘦弱的女生跟我们。女生不会游泳，有点怕水，我那位严格的教练有点生气，说不会游泳不该学潜水。一上午都是教练和辅教豆豆在泳池教学，教学的方式是教练讲解，做示范，然后每个人分别演练给教练看，不行的话需要重做到OK为止，我们的进度稍微有点慢，直到上午12点多还没完成。由于教练下午要带下海的另一批学员，所以安排我们傍晚再来潜店继续学。<br></p>

今早8点半到潜店，第一次下海。也是来到海岛第三天才第一次看见海。OW的课程就是不停不停地各个训练动作，例如面镜进水了要排水，面镜被踢飞了，呼吸头被踢飞寻找呼吸头，潜伴气瓶掉了帮他重新固定，气瓶没气了用潜伴的二级呼吸头，和潜伴打共生结……<br>薄荷岛
的潜水都是船潜，就是要从海岸坐3分钟快艇到海上的一艘螃蟹船，穿戴好装备直接从船上“跨步式入水”跳入海里。<br>
把BCD装备和管线连带气瓶按一连串的要求一丝不差地组装好，由船上的小工帮忙抬起气瓶，自己快手快脚地穿上BCD（往往这时候还快不了，手有时会卡住穿不出来，特别是戴了手表……）。背着将几十斤的装备（含气瓶）和腰上挂着20斤的配重带，凭楼主80几斤的体重无人帮忙的话根本穿不上，背着装备腰都直不起，要弯着走。穿装备，穿脚蹼、从海里上船、脱下装备，这些都全靠小工各种帮忙，没他们帮我拎起气瓶，我就是个废人……<br><br>
下图手上戴一个电子潜水表，岸上没有任何显示，感受到水压会自动打开。
