逾20万人受灾！台风“贝碧嘉”袭击菲律宾！
据菲律宾国家减灾委9月15日通报，台风“贝碧嘉”已在菲律宾造成6人死亡、11人受伤，另有2人失踪，超过20万人受到灾害影响。菲律宾国家气象局发布的信息显示，“贝碧嘉”在13日18时进入菲律宾预警责任区，并于14日2时离开该预警责任区。在此期间，“贝碧嘉”增强了西南季风，为西米沙鄢、中米沙鄢、三宝颜半岛以及“邦萨摩洛”穆斯林自治区等地带来强降雨，引发洪水和山体滑坡，造成人员伤亡及财产损失。
菲律宾国家减灾委通报称，截至15日，“贝碧嘉”已致全国3.6万人流离失所，其中近1.4万暂时安置在政府设立的临时避难所。目前，台风已造成6人不幸遇难，其中4人来自“邦萨摩洛”穆斯林自治区，2人来自三宝颜半岛。台风还对菲律宾的部分道路、桥梁和房屋等基础设施造成严重破坏。
菲律宾卫生部门提醒民众提高警惕，预防洪水引发的钩端螺旋体病，以及洪水过后蚊虫孳生引发的登革热等疾病。
