行李藏57土沉香手串珠链 男旅客入境遭拦截

海关关员在深圳湾口岸对进境旅客实施监管时，发现一名旅客行李物品机检图像异常。经详细查验，关员在其行李箱中发现疑似沉香木制品的手串一批。
海关在旅客行李搜出57串土沉香手串珠链。
经专业机构鉴定，该批手串实际为瑞香科沉香属土沉香制品。瑞香科沉香属土沉香被列入《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》附录二。
海关提醒，据相关法律规定，除合法持有中国濒危物种进出口管理机构核发的《允许进出口证明书》或者物种证明外，任何贸易方式或携带、邮寄濒危物种及其制品进出境的行为均属违法，情节严重构成犯罪的将依法追究刑事责任。
