当地时间3月1日，菲律宾国家警察反绑架大队(PNP-AKG)数十名成员参加中文培训班结业仪式，正式完成为期30小时的中文会话课程。此次课程于去年10月展开，由中正学院派教师前往菲国警总部为学员授课。
